Responsibilities
Translate complex business and customer needs into clear, actionable epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver business value aligned with cloud platform principles. Facilitate workshops, conduct impact analysis, support backlog refinement, and contribute to end-to-end agile delivery and validation. Challenge unnecessary complexity and advocate for efficient, standard SaaS solutions. Influence process adaptations to leverage modern cloud platforms and support long-term capability building across the Nordic business.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Developer, Product Owner, or similar role working in agile delivery environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions and detailed requirements. Familiarity with Guidewire InsuranceSuite is highly desirable, as is knowledge of cloud and SaaS principles. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage but not mandatory. Commitment to developing guidewire platform expertise and certifications is expected if not already achieved.
