Responsibilities
Architect and deliver internal AI platforms and tools usable by technical and non-technical teams; manage cloud hosting environments supporting AI integrations and automation pipelines; implement AI security measures including credential and access controls; design automated multi-agent execution workflows; establish AI financial governance and quality standards; support organizational change by coaching teams and optimizing AI-enhanced engineering processes.
Qualifications
Over 10 years of professional software development experience with strong backend architecture and system design skills; proficiency in backend languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Java; proven track record developing and maintaining production AI tooling including custom skills and autonomous agent workflows; practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure setup and management; deep understanding of AI-specific security risks and mitigation techniques; experience leading cross-functional engineering teams with excellent English communication abilities; familiarity with AI cost optimization and relevant AI frameworks is advantageous.
