Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team responsible for AI training data, oversee quality assurance and operational performance, establish standards and workflows, participate in data annotation and review, collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategies with AI model requirements, monitor KPIs to optimize processes, develop training and certification materials, conduct performance management, and communicate project outcomes and risks to stakeholders.
Qualifications
At least one year of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation, or related operations. Strong background in software engineering or technical environments with understanding of data quality metrics and annotation workflows. Proven people management and coaching skills, preferably having led small teams. Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, strong analytical skills with familiarity in KPI analysis and preferably SQL. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of AI and machine learning fundamentals and passion for building high-performing teams are essential.
