Responsibilities
Develop and enhance standardized technical operational processes and procedures for a portfolio of data centers. Evaluate and improve these processes continuously in collaboration with operational teams. Approve critical high-risk emergency operating procedures, manage technical documentation and libraries to maintain relevance and accessibility. Conduct audits of operational procedures and reporting systems to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas. Review commissioning and operational documentation for data center facilities. Perform operational and performance risk assessments. Collaborate with operations teams to develop and maintain relevant policies and procedures. Lead by example to encourage adoption of best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the technical operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in creating and maintaining standardized technical operational procedures within data center or similar technical environments. Strong knowledge of high-risk emergency procedures and compliance standards related to critical facilities. Experience conducting operational and performance risk assessments. Ability to analyze and solve complex technical and operational issues, considering departmental and organizational impacts. Preferred qualifications include experience with large-scale AI hyperscale environments and advanced certifications in data center management or related engineering fields.
