Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical support for field engineers during maintenance, inspections, and commissioning of gas turbines. Evaluate inspection results to define repair strategies, approve service documentation to ensure quality standards are met, resolve technical issues in collaboration with customers and site teams, and drive continuous improvements in maintenance and engineering processes. Occasional onsite visits may be required.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience. Comprehensive knowledge of gas turbine operations and auxiliary systems, strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and capability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications independently. Excellent communication skills in English are essential; German language skills are advantageous. Demonstrated ability to provide sound technical decisions with minimal supervision and effectively liaise with customers and stakeholders.
