Seeking an experienced Field Service Specialist responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting high-density liquid cooling solutions at data centers across Europe. This remote role involves significant international travel and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and operational reliability of cooling products.

Responsibilities
Travel extensively to customer sites within Europe for installation, maintenance, and warranty support of high-density liquid cooling systems in data centers. Communicate technical updates effectively during project reviews and troubleshooting discussions. Contribute to project planning by defining tasks, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams on prototype and pilot projects. Act as a professional and trusted client representative. Take on additional duties as needed in line with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years’ experience in data center maintenance and installation, preferably with high-density liquid cooling products. Proficient in delivering clear technical and product training. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, with proficiency in CAD software and Visio. Knowledgeable in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, plumbing, pipefitting, heat transfer, and numerical methods. Familiar with relevant industry standards including NEC, IEC, and IEEE. Basic understanding of power distribution, heat tracing, and control and monitoring systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
