Responsibilities
Lead the ownership and development of finance systems and ERP improvements across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Develop connections between Finance and IT to prioritize and deliver technology solutions. Establish governance for clear accountability across Finance, IT, Accounting, and Operations. Design and maintain process documentation such as libraries, templates, and checklists to standardize workflows and reduce dependence on individual expertise. Create repeatable playbooks supporting financial activities during acquisitions and new openings. Identify automation opportunities to improve controls and data quality, supporting better reporting. Lead cross-functional finance transformation projects through all phases including planning, testing, training, and adoption.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Finance, ERP systems, process optimization, and business transformation. Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes with hands-on ERP implementation and integration experience. Proven ability to work collaboratively between finance and IT functions. Experienced in translating business needs into practical system and process solutions. Skilled in project and stakeholder management, process design, and governance documentation. Analytical mindset with capability to improve automation, controls, and data quality. Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with relevant reporting and business process tools.
