Responsibilities
Lead and build a fintech startup from inception through growth stages. Participate in a personalized development program focusing on goal, time, and energy management. Leverage network access to recruit top talent. Collaborate closely with mentors for product iteration to achieve product-market fit. Prepare the startup for significant funding rounds and support development of sales and marketing capabilities.
Qualifications
Candidates must be located in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate, have strong English communication skills, and possess a commitment to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to revenues exceeding €100 million. Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to engage in an intensive coaching and development program are essential.
