Job summary
Seeking a Fleet Specialist to maintain and repair electric scooters and support efficient fleet operations in Oslo. This role involves mechanical repairs, vehicle collection, battery replacement, and assisting with logistics to ensure smooth functioning of micromobility services. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, local driving experience, and fluency in English. Part-time hours with rotating shifts are offered on a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities
The role includes maintaining and repairing scooters to keep the fleet in optimal condition, performing on-site quick repairs, replacing batteries, collecting and recycling damaged vehicles, and supporting warehouse operations related to new vehicle acceptance and packaging. Additionally, assisting on-site teams with tasks such as identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, and setting up scooters is expected.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a valid Norwegian driver's license (preferred), be fluent in English both spoken and written, and possess prior experience with mechanical tools or vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with digital applications, knowledge of Oslo's local area, and the ability to stay calm during stressful situations such as challenging parking or traffic conditions are essential.
