Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Host, you will support smooth operations across the food and beverage department, delivering guest services to high standards. You will respond to guest inquiries promptly, complete assigned tasks professionally and on time, collaborate with your team to meet department goals, manage costs and inventory, promote company culture and values, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
Qualifications
Experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should have a proactive, can-do attitude and a dedication to excellent guest service. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with various IT systems are required. Personal integrity, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to uphold high standards in a demanding environment are important attributes.
