Seeking an experienced freelance graphic designer based in Oslo for a two-month project focusing on editorial design and document production. Responsibilities
Support production of corporate reports and related materials by applying existing design systems, templates, and brand guidelines. Create editorial layouts for multi-page documents including annual reports, work with complex typography and text hierarchies, design tables, charts, and data visualizations. Develop and maintain templates and reusable document structures, revise work based on feedback, and prepare final artwork for digital publication.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in editorial design and professional document production with the ability to build structured, technically clean files. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, including mastery of baseline grids, margins, column systems, paragraph and character styles, parent pages, tables and cell styles, and long-document typography. Ability to prepare files for production (preflight, packaging). Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines with responsiveness to feedback.
