Responsibilities
Manage allocated candidate applications using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); review applications against job requirements and client expectations; contact shortlisted candidates promptly via phone, email, or messaging platforms; conduct professional screening interviews covering experience, suitability, salary expectations, availability, and motivation; verify essential role requirements; prepare concise candidate summaries for internal approval; coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate engagement; update accurate records within the ATS; collaborate closely with the international recruitment team to maximize placements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in agency recruitment, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), or hands-on talent acquisition; strong skills in candidate screening and interviewing; ability to interpret job descriptions to assess candidate suitability; excellent written and spoken English; confidence in contacting candidates across multiple time zones; strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail; experience working with ATS; ability to independently manage several active recruitment vacancies.
