Utilize advanced search methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and X-ray to identify strong candidates. Assess candidate technical skills and portfolios to ensure alignment with client requirements. Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with an emphasis on quality over volume, leveraging a broad candidate network across Europe and beyond.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of recruitment experience, specifically with technical and digital professionals at an international level. Proficiency in English both spoken and written is essential. Skilled in proactive and strategic candidate sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and X-ray search techniques. Ability to accurately assess candidate technical competence and suitability. Self-motivated, independent, and committed to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes.
