Job summary
Seeking a Fulfillment Operator to join a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Lierskogen, Norway. The role involves picking and packing groceries, supporting supply handovers, and maintaining workplace organization while collaborating closely with team members to meet operational goals. This position offers day or night shifts with a fixed schedule and shift rotation every fourth weekend.

Responsibilities
Select and pack customer grocery orders accurately; act as the initial contact during goods receipt from suppliers; ensure products are well stocked and the workplace remains tidy and organized; collaborate with colleagues to meet productivity targets and support continuous improvement initiatives across processes and workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should be motivated team players comfortable with routine and physical tasks in a fast-moving setting, able to communicate effectively in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus but not mandatory), and at least 18 years old. Previous experience in warehouse or production environments and a forklift license are advantages. Having access to a car is beneficial due to limited public transport options during some working hours.
