Responsibilities
Lead the deployment and ongoing development of a machine learning platform, ensuring its performance and value creation in production. Enhance existing machine learning models for better accuracy and efficiency. Design, develop, test, and deploy new features across backend systems, AI/ML components, and frontend interfaces. Implement APIs and manage integrations with various systems. Develop automated testing and verification processes, maintain build and deployment pipelines, and produce high-quality technical documentation. Support broader AI-related projects within the company as needed and contribute to product development aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
Experience designing, developing, and optimizing predictive models using machine learning and deep learning techniques. Proven track record with training, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring neural network models in production environments. Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices. Familiarity with integration methods and data pipeline construction. Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server. Proficient in Python, C#, and frontend JavaScript frameworks, especially React. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Norwegian is advantageous but not required. Understanding of financial instrument valuation is a plus.
