Responsibilities
You will take full ownership of software products within an autonomous team, collaborating closely with product managers to define priorities. Your tasks include developing and maintaining full stack applications, utilizing AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development efficiency, critically reviewing AI-generated code for quality and security, designing and deploying cloud infrastructure, and applying modern application security practices. Flexibility to work across frontend and backend based on business needs is essential, along with contributing to a results-oriented, low-meeting culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should have more than three years of professional experience in software engineering with strong full-stack capabilities. Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot on the backend and Angular with TypeScript on the frontend is required. Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted coding workflows is necessary, along with the ability to critically assess AI-generated code. A solid understanding of secure software development and modern application security principles is expected. Applicants must be self-directed, comfortable in autonomous environments, and possess professional fluency in English with strong communication skills. A mindset open to learning emerging AI engineering practices is important.
