Responsibilities
Lead and build the Legal function, supporting strategic commercial negotiations and transactions. Provide legal advice on land, power, and infrastructure projects. Establish governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Manage external legal counsel and partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and investors. Develop the future legal team.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in a senior legal leadership role such as General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel. Proven track record in complex commercial negotiations and multidisciplinary legal matters including corporate governance, compliance, financing, and infrastructure. Experience in asset-intensive sectors like digital infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, or construction is highly relevant. Strong commercial judgment, autonomy, solution-oriented approach, and ability to build legal teams and frameworks supporting growth.
