This role involves developing and scaling production-ready generative AI systems within a Nordic insurance technology environment. Responsibilities
You will design and implement production-grade AI agent workflows leveraging tools, APIs, and orchestration frameworks while ensuring safe handover and guardrails. The role includes building and maintaining the AI agent runtime environment (context management, memory, observability), integrating AI with internal services for personalized customer support, and scaling the assistant across Nordic markets. Additionally, you will establish evaluation and monitoring protocols for performance, latency, and cost, and continuously improve systems based on feedback and data. Collaboration with product owners and cross-functional teams through code reviews and knowledge sharing is essential.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a university degree in a technical or quantitative discipline and possess hands-on experience with Python and related frameworks such as FastAPI and Pydantic. Experience with building LLM-powered or agentic applications using technologies like LangGraph or LangChain, knowledge of AI evaluation methods, and familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps), Docker, and cloud platforms are required. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders are important. Senior candidates will have proven experience managing AI systems in production, knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation techniques, and expertise in Azure cloud services and secure API design.
