Seeking a Head of Design to lead and execute design strategies for two HR-focused products serving Nordic markets. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design for HR platforms aimed at reducing administrative effort through intuitive user flows and AI integration. Manage design operations including research cadence, critique sessions, and quality assurance processes. Develop new design workflows for AI-enhanced features, setting standards for evaluating AI outputs and defining roles between human designers and AI agents. Mentor and grow the design team while remaining actively involved in design execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience designing complex B2B products with multiple user roles. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor design teams while maintaining personal involvement in design work. Skilled in building and implementing design systems across teams. Practical experience with AI-powered design tools and prototyping. Fluent in English with recent portfolio showcasing relevant work. Base in Stockholm or Oslo preferred.
