Responsibilities
Lead and develop a skilled team of government affairs professionals to achieve high impact and growth. Provide expert advice on government affairs and public policy to senior company leaders and business units, supporting revenue and growth objectives. Engage externally to position the company as a trusted provider of cloud and AI services while influencing regulatory and policy environments across multiple European markets. Manage public affairs campaigns and coordinate legal services for digital transformation initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and participate in compliance and company governance. Oversee budgets, vendor relations, and contribute to regional and global leadership strategies.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in government affairs, public policy, regulatory or legal fields, including leadership in complex environments. Proven ability to influence executives on business and policy matters and to manage and motivate high-performing teams. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with experience representing organizations externally. Preferred qualifications include fluency in European languages, experience operating across multiple European markets, and a background in technology or regulated industries. A relevant academic degree and a commitment to ethical standards, inclusion, and continuous learning are desired.
