Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the delivery of flight and ground training across European helicopter simulators. Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards in training. Lead instructor standardization meetings and track instructor development plans. Collaborate with account executives and operational teams to align training schedules with sales projections. Maintain instructor human resource profiles and foster strong customer relationships to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
Valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (current or within past seven years). Experience as a flight instructor or equivalent. Demonstrated team leadership capabilities. Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, operationally demanding environment. Customer-focused approach and adaptability to changing requirements. Willingness to work occasional public holidays. Experience with additional aviation regulatory frameworks is a plus.
