Responsibilities
Lead the global strategy and roadmap for mobility communications products including smart devices, handsets, paging, alarm management, safety solutions, and associated software and cloud services. Identify growth opportunities and emerging technologies. Ensure products meet customer needs and maintain competitive advantage. Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and support portfolio profitability. Represent customers and market trends internally and externally. Drive product innovation, lifecycle management, and global launch readiness. Coach and develop the product management team fostering collaboration and data-informed decisions.
Qualifications
Proven senior product leadership experience in technology-driven organizations, with a record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes. Skilled in managing complex hardware, software, and service portfolios with strong financial judgement. Experienced in roadmap governance, lifecycle and portfolio decision-making. Strong communication and influence skills within global matrix teams. Leadership experience in coaching product managers. Formal education or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related fields. Experience in healthcare technology, enterprise mobility, connected devices, or regulated mission-critical environments is advantageous.
