Job summary
Seeking a senior Head of Product to lead and develop the product management function in a fast-growing AI-driven B2B SaaS company. The role involves end-to-end ownership of product strategy, roadmap, execution, and measurable business outcomes, including building and managing a product team and collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer and market needs. Responsibilities
Lead and define the product roadmap and strategy in partnership with senior leadership, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision. Establish and develop the product management team, setting execution standards and fostering ownership culture. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure effective product definition, release, positioning, and adoption. Conduct customer discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product decisions. Define and monitor key product performance indicators and continuously improve product priorities using data analysis. Maintain hands-on involvement to unblock teams and drive delivery momentum, and manage consistent sprint planning and release processes.
Qualifications
Over 10 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles within B2B SaaS. Proven success launching products that drive business results such as revenue and customer retention. Experience with complex B2B products involving integrations and workflows. Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and prioritization. Customer-centric approach using research and market insights. Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering teams and translate business needs into clear requirements. Skilled in product analytics and familiar with tools like ClickUp and Jira. Excellent English communication skills and strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making abilities. Experience operating effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments is essential.
