Responsibilities
You will take full ownership of creating and scaling a startup focused on industrial technology. Responsibilities include personal development following a customized program to improve goal and time management, hiring top talent through a broad professional network, iterating the product to achieve product-market-fit, and preparing the startup for successful fundraising and building effective sales and marketing operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas or be willing to relocate, demonstrate strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to scale a business to over 00 million in revenue, and have excellent English communication skills. Experience with product development, leadership, and startup operations is advantageous. No Norwegian language skills are required.
