Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for AI-powered products. Design and maintain testing methodologies evaluating functionality, usability, accuracy, and performance. Establish benchmarks and quality standards for AI outputs, create detailed test plans and documentation, and identify product risks and improvement areas. Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance quality and development processes. Manage regression, user acceptance, and release testing workflows. Analyze results and provide actionable insights to elevate product standards. Build and grow testing capabilities and team functions as the company scales.
Qualifications
At least five years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related technical roles, with proven experience in testing AI or machine learning products. Strong understanding of AI evaluation methods and the ability to develop testing frameworks from scratch. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automated testing tools and leading quality teams is essential. Experience in legal technology or regulated industries is beneficial but not required.
