Job summary
This role involves supporting the integration and interoperability of healthcare IT systems, focusing on oncology solutions in an international setting. You will work with sales and customer teams to identify and propose tailored interoperability solutions, manage projects to ensure timely implementation, and develop and test interface software using established healthcare communication standards. The position also includes providing ongoing customer support and mentoring team members. Proficiency in English is required, and Norwegian language skills are not necessary.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to define and propose custom interoperability solutions; managing project scopes, plans, and timelines in a global context; developing, implementing, testing, and validating healthcare interface solutions utilizing standards such as HL7, FHIR, Dicom, and APIs; maintaining production systems and supporting customers; and sharing expertise to mentor colleagues.
Qualifications
Qualifications consist of a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, solid IT knowledge, strong scripting skills (e.g., TSQL, JavaScript, VB), deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, project management capabilities, effective problem-solving skills for challenging customer situations, proficiency in technical documentation, and English language skills at least at EU B2 level. Norwegian language skills are not required.
