Responsibilities
The intern will source and identify lodging development opportunities across Scandinavia by engaging with owners, developers, and consulting firms. Support will be provided in analyzing financial, operational, and strategic feasibility of potential projects. Tasks include mapping key stakeholders such as investors and landlords, assisting with financial feasibility assessments, preparing reports and presentations, and aiding outreach and relationship management to secure new development opportunities.
Qualifications
Candidates should have an educational background in real estate, business, hospitality, or related fields, with strong interest in Scandinavian hospitality and lifestyle real estate. Prior exposure to real estate networks is advantageous. Applicants must be self-driven and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong research, analytical, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with familiarity with the Scandinavian market.
