Salary
NOK 650000.00–850000.00 year
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily operations of front office, housekeeping and SPA departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality service. Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning aligned with occupancy and legal requirements. Monitor guest feedback and swiftly address service challenges. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational functionality through regular inspections. Support administrative functions including reporting, budgeting, and cost control. Act as Manager on Duty during leadership rotations and represent the hotel in external engagements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives alongside the leadership team.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience within luxury hospitality or high-end service environments. Strong operational knowledge of hotel departments and excellent organizational skills. Skilled in scheduling, workforce planning, and hotel administration. Ability to maintain professionalism and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Financial acumen to balance guest experience with operational efficiency. Fluent English required; Scandinavian language skills are advantageous. Must hold a valid Category B driver’s license and have access to a car due to limited public transportation.
