Job summary
Seeking an experienced HSSEQ Manager to lead Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality activities in complex industrial projects. The role involves close collaboration with project teams and suppliers throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement. The position is full-time, office-based with some site visits, and requires professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customized HSSEQ plans and management systems aligned with legislation and contractual requirements. Lead risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations with follow-up corrective actions. Monitor HSSEQ performance and report relevant KPIs. Support quality assurance and control processes, including reviewing quality documentation and coordinating inspections. Manage HSSEQ and quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors. Foster a culture of safety and quality and promote continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years' experience in HSSEQ or combined HSE and Quality roles, preferably in complex industrial projects involving supplier fabrication and construction. Solid understanding of ISO standards 45001, 14001, and 9001. Experienced in risk management, audits, inspection procedures, incident investigation, and supplier oversight. Higher education is preferred but extensive relevant experience is acceptable. Professional proficiency in English is required. Experience with Lean methodologies and start-up environments is advantageous.
