Job summary
Seeking an experienced supervisor to lead industrial cleaning operations in production facilities within the Rogaland area. This full-time night shift role involves coordinating cleaning teams, applying sanitization protocols, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Candidates must have prior supervisory experience in industrial or commercial cleaning and be comfortable working with high-pressure equipment and chemicals, with effective English communication skills.

Salary
NOK 330.00–330.00 hour
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily cleaning and disinfection efforts in production environments. Assign tasks and monitor employees' work quality. Conduct deep cleaning using high-pressure washing systems during night shifts. Apply approved cleaning agents and perform chemical sanitation according to procedures and safety regulations. Serve as the main contact person for daily operational matters.
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or team leader experience in industrial or commercial cleaning. Proficiency in operating high-pressure cleaning equipment and handling industrial cleaning chemicals. Physical fitness for demanding environments. Ability to work full-time night shifts. Strong organizational and communication skills in English. Valid driving licence required.
