We are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Operator to manage and support the daily running of AI infrastructure environments in Stavanger. This position involves maintaining data centre health, responding to incidents, supporting customers, and collaborating across teams to ensure reliable service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain data centre infrastructure according to established protocols and SLAs. Lead incident response and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues. Support customer escalations and maintain clear communication during operational events. Mentor junior staff and assist with onboarding and training. Coordinate vendor activities related to hardware and infrastructure maintenance. Document processes, contribute to workflow improvements and automation initiatives. Participate in shift rotations, on-call duties, and travel to multiple data centre sites as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in data centre or infrastructure operations. Strong technical knowledge of server hardware, networking, storage, and troubleshooting. Experience with incident and change management processes. Ability to work independently under pressure and make informed decisions quickly. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred experience includes hands-on hardware deployment, exposure to cloud or AI infrastructure, and relevant industry certifications.
