Responsibilities
Manage all daily production activities in the Harness Production Area (HPA), ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining high-quality standards. Coordinate production schedules to meet project deadlines. Allocate resources effectively, managing capacity, workload, and prioritization. Develop and monitor key performance indicators and prepare performance reports. Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, supply chain, and installation teams. Foster team skill development and support the growth of the HPA organization.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in managing production or industrial teams with strong leadership and communication capabilities. Proficient knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes, particularly in harness or assembly operations. Familiarity with continuous improvement principles such as Lean manufacturing. Ability to adapt and operate in a dynamic project-driven environment. Fluent English language skills are required.
