Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Installation Engineers supporting subsea project installation and construction activities. Oversee recruitment, resource planning, and skills development aligned with business demands from multiple operational streams and projects. Coordinate engineering support from various departments to meet delivery requirements. Ensure team deliverables adhere to quality standards and internal processes. Foster technical growth and knowledge sharing within the discipline. Optimize team performance to achieve safety, efficiency, and key performance objectives. Develop external engineering resource relationships for capacity support when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum five years’ experience in subsea engineering. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead technical meetings and build relationships internally and externally. Proven ability to manage and coach engineers and conduct negotiations. Knowledge of industry codes, standards, and relevant regional laws. Experience with risk assessments, incident management, and change management. Prior management experience is essential. Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change, and prioritize organizational success.
