Job summary

This role involves supporting NATO operational training exercises by simulating intelligence fusion center functions. Responsibilities

Design and deliver realistic strategic and operational intelligence scenarios in support of NATO joint training exercises. Coordinate and manage the Request for Information (RFI) process within exercise environments, acting as the point of contact for training audiences. Collaborate closely with the exercise control intelligence team to tailor intelligence materials, update scenario content during exercises, and provide timely feedback to ensure training objectives are met. Support senior leadership briefings and produce documentation such as agendas, notes, and minutes. Participate in meetings and provide intelligence expertise throughout all exercise phases.

Qualifications

At least three years within the past ten years of experience in national or NATO strategic or operational intelligence roles, either military or civilian. Completion of NATO or equivalent national intelligence and IRM courses, along with demonstrated operational knowledge of intelligence warning systems, targeting processes, and sensor capabilities. Experience briefing senior leaders at the strategic or operational level. Proficient in Microsoft Office and NATO intelligence operational systems such as INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, and BICES. Business fluency in English is required along with a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
