Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive strategic situational awareness aligned with exercise objectives. Develop and adapt intelligence scenario materials to challenge training audiences effectively. Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process for intelligence during exercises, liaising closely with exercise control and training participants. Analyze and update scenario documentation to reflect evolving operational conditions. Facilitate coordination and communication within exercise planning and execution teams, including chairing or contributing to meetings, and offering expert advice on intelligence matters. Support training audiences throughout the exercise phases by representing intelligence fusion center capabilities realistically. Ensure adherence to NATO intelligence doctrine and practices in all exercise outputs.
Qualifications
Minimum three years' recent experience (within last 10 years) working as an Intelligence Analyst at national or NATO operational or strategic command levels. Operational familiarity with intelligence in military contexts, demonstrated by completion of NATO or equivalent courses in Intelligence, IRM & CM (Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Monitoring & Collection Management), and Intelligence Warning System. Knowledge of NATO sensor capabilities across domains, targeting processes, and comprehensive operating environment processes. Experience briefing senior leaders in multinational settings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intelligence systems such as INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, and BICES. Business-level English required. Security clearance at National or NATO Secret level mandatory.
