Responsibilities
Work in line with established business processes to ensure efficient resource use and quality assurance. Perform engineering tasks associated with design, procurement, manufacturing, and offshore installation including developing methods, procedures, and technical specifications. Manage subcontractor technical follow-up, support tender activities, and oversee mobilization and offshore campaigns. Mentor junior engineers and maintain proper documentation according to guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years or Master's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience in installation engineering or related fields. Experience with installation and commissioning methods for offshore subsea components. Ability to work independently on offshore mobilization and campaigns. Strong commitment to following standards, documentation, and continuous professional development.
