Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate international organization and NGO participation to maintain exercise realism. Provide expertise on humanitarian, human rights, and civil society issues, developing operational concepts and plans as needed. Serve as the main contact for training audiences on related matters. Facilitate collaboration with involved entities and contribute to scenario refinement by analyzing training audience plans. Represent fictitious IO/NGOs during exercises and supply associated documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum over 5 years' experience working at senior levels in international humanitarian organizations within the past 20 years, including at least 3 years in senior managerial roles in the last decade. At least 3 years' operational-level experience collaborating with NATO. Must possess business proficiency in English and hold a valid national or NATO Secret security clearance. Availability for on-site duty in Stavanger, with some possibility for adhoc remote work, typically covering 5 to 15 working days per exercise event.
