Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT consulting projects, including planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement IT strategies and solutions that leverage digital technologies such as cloud computing, AI, blockchain, and microservices. Build solid business cases and steer project decisions towards successful outcomes. Acquire and maintain client relationships, presenting key results to senior management. Contribute to team and practice development, recruiting, and company growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field with above-average grades. At least eight years of experience in IT consulting, including leading the design and management of IT strategy and implementation projects. Proven project management experience leading teams of more than five people. Skills in planning IT initiatives, building business cases, and managing complex organizational situations. Successful track record in acquiring consulting projects. Excellent English communication skills for understanding and conveying complex topics.
