Responsibilities
Lead and manage large ERP, CRM, and SCM implementation projects, overseeing planning, development, and rollout strategies. Engage with senior client leadership to align IT architectures with business goals. Direct teams within the enterprise solutions practice, contribute to leadership initiatives, and support proposal development for major projects. Maintain focus on business value and integration of end-to-end processes across platforms.
Qualifications
University degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or related field. Minimum six years' experience with strategic ERP/CRM/SCM implementations. Strong methodological expertise in relevant procedures and tools including template, solution, and release management. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365, Salesforce, and data-driven architecture. Excellent analytical, presentation, and client management skills. Proficiency in one Nordic language and English, both written and spoken.
