Job summary
This role supports multinational defense training exercises by providing strategic and operational intelligence expertise focused on Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (JISR) collection management. The position involves developing realistic intelligence scenarios, coordinating intelligence resources, and ensuring training objectives are met to prepare NATO forces effectively.

Responsibilities
Manage and simulate intelligence fusion center operations to provide comprehensive situational awareness during large-scale joint exercises. Develop and tailor intelligence scenario materials aligned with training objectives. Analyze exercise environment and update documentation as needed. Coordinate intelligence collection planning and reporting processes with various exercise control teams. Act as primary point of contact for intelligence collection management matters, advising training participants and supporting exercise adaptations. Attend key meetings to provide intelligence SME advice and contribute to continuous improvement of exercise intelligence processes.
Qualifications
Minimum three years recent experience working as a JISR Collection Manager or similar role at a National or NATO strategic or operational command level. Demonstrated operational intelligence knowledge gained as a military officer or civilian. Completion of NATO or national equivalent courses covering intelligence operations, collection management, warning systems, and operational environment understanding. Experience briefing senior leaders in multinational or national settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and NATO intelligence functional systems (INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, BICES). Business level English language skills. Valid national or NATO Secret security clearance is required.
