Responsibilities

Generate injects to simulate Joint Time Sensitive Targeting incidents and support the exercise targeting cell. Prepare targeting materials including intelligence reports, imagery, and pre-scripted communication. Analyze and understand evolving training audience plans and their impact on targeting campaigns. Monitor activities to provide timely feedback for exercise adaptation. Support overall exercise control objectives and provide process improvement feedback as required.

Qualifications

National or NATO trained targeteer with at least three years of operational targeting experience and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance background. Familiarity with all-source intelligence reporting and NATO intelligence procedures is essential. Good understanding of operational and tactical staff processes, campaign synchronization, and NATO targeting systems such as JTS, FAST, JCHAT, and NATO CDE methodology. Proficiency in business English is required. Must hold a current National or NATO Secret security clearance.
