Responsibilities
Lead the quality and consistency of AI-generated visual content across production pipelines. Create visually compelling and realistic images of models and avatars. Develop and optimize scalable AI image-generation workflows using platforms like ComfyUI and Flux. Automate batch content generation and processing through scripting and API integrations. Define technical direction for AI imaging processes and establish best practices for reliable, repeatable visual production. Continuously evaluate and experiment with new generative AI models and technologies to improve image quality, scalability, and cost efficiency. Communicate technical and creative recommendations clearly to stakeholders and own the end-to-end visual generation process.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience producing high-volume, realistic AI-generated images, particularly of people and avatars. Technical proficiency with generative AI ecosystems such as ComfyUI and Flux. Skilled in building automated, scalable workflows using APIs, scripting, and automation tools like n8n. Strong visual design sensibility with deep knowledge of realism, composition, anatomy, and lighting. Proven ability to identify and resolve visual quality issues. Independent, senior-level ownership with excellent problem-solving and experimentation skills. Effective written and verbal communicator comfortable working in a fast-changing AI context. Ability to balance creativity with scalable operational efficiency.
