Job summary
This role involves leading implementation projects within financial technology for clients such as asset managers, banks, and insurers across the UK and Nordic regions. Responsibilities
Lead and manage key parts of implementation projects by analyzing client business processes and delivering tailored solutions in your specialization area. Configure software platforms spanning front-to-back investment management modules, collaborate with adjacent teams for integrated delivery, and improve implementation methodologies. Support business development efforts by presenting solutions to prospective clients. Mentor junior colleagues and share expertise internationally to drive knowledge growth within the organization.
Qualifications
A degree in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field is expected. Prior experience as an analyst or implementation consultant in asset management, banking, or financial services consulting is essential. Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or CIPM are advantageous. Candidates should possess strong communication and consulting skills, commercial awareness, customer orientation, and the ability to thrive in team environments. English proficiency is mandatory, and willingness to travel is required.
