Responsibilities
Lead the engineering of subsea control systems by defining functional requirements and specifying technical scope. Manage sub-system design and oversee support engineers within projects. Maintain client relations and participate in technical negotiations. Clarify interface details and contribute to interdisciplinary reviews and workshops to ensure seamless integration and project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or a related field, or substantial relevant practical experience. Experience with technical management and control systems in the oil and gas industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving, structured work approach, team collaboration skills, and excellent command of written and spoken English are required.
