Responsibilities
Lead the development and engineering of new subsea XT technologies and products, including conceptual design, detailed drawings, calculations, and bill of materials. Manage qualification and system integration testing to meet customer and industry requirements. Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. Lead and mentor global, cross-functional teams using Design for Manufacture and Assembly principles. Drive innovation through new ideas, patents, and market trend analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent; Chartered Engineer status is desirable. Extensive experience in design engineering for subsea production systems with strong proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (CREO/PRO-E) and PLM tools (TeamCenter). In-depth knowledge of GD&T and DFMA principles. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Demonstrates a proactive, growth-oriented mindset and openness to innovation.
