Responsibilities
Lead 30 virtual training sessions including full-day and half-day workshops, guiding participants through practical promotional planning scenarios. Facilitate hands-on exercises with a proprietary tool, explain retail promotion concepts and performance metrics in clear business terms, and support consistent terminology across markets. Prepare thoroughly including onboarding, dry runs, and client-specific tool training. Maintain engagement and manage live virtual environments including troubleshooting technological issues. Adapt teaching methods for audiences ranging from beginners to experienced users.
Qualifications
Background in marketing, sales, business analysis, or related field with knowledge of retail promotion concepts and terminology. Strong ability to explain key metrics like ROI and sales lift. Experience learning and demonstrating proprietary software confidently in live sessions. Proven skills in delivering virtual, interactive training to diverse groups with varying expertise. Familiarity with AI-assisted planning tools and balancing automated recommendations with human judgment. Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, organizational, and adaptability skills. Ability to commit to necessary preparation activities and work remotely from Norway or other approved locations.
