Responsibilities
Lead the design of human-technology interaction models across device portfolios to simplify collaboration and meeting workflows. Develop practical and trustworthy experiences incorporating AI, sensor intelligence, and automation. Design scalable interaction systems and prototypes ensuring consistent quality across devices and enterprise environments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including design, engineering, research, and product management to align on user needs, technical constraints, trust, and roadmap priorities. Utilize qualitative and quantitative data, user feedback, and telemetry to refine usability, accessibility, AI behavior, and visual design, driving measurable product impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX, HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, Cognitive Science or related field. Proven experience leading product design from concept to launch for complex enterprise, B2B, or connected device products. Demonstrated ability to design workflows, interaction systems, and intelligent experiences that deliver user and business value. Portfolio with multiple shipped designs highlighting personal role and design process. Preferred: 6+ years product design experience within hardware-software ecosystems or intelligent workplace technology, familiarity with AI technologies such as large language models and multimodal systems, ability to contribute to design systems and AI experience frameworks, strong communication and visual design skills.
