Responsibilities
Lead and coach an engineering team to deliver high-quality code and architecture. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Technology teams to translate strategic goals into actionable tasks. Design, develop, test, maintain, and improve Golang-based microservices and frontend applications built with React and TypeScript. Enhance software performance and observability, and implement automation or process improvements to elevate team effectiveness and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Proficient in developing backend services using Golang, containerized deployment with Docker, and writing efficient SQL queries. Experienced in building frontend applications with React and TypeScript following clean code principles, and conducting thorough code reviews to maintain quality standards. Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Helpful but not required skills include concurrent programming in Go, CI/CD pipeline development, observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), AI technology utilization, and familiarity with tools like MaterialUI, Airflow, Python, and Terraform.
