Responsibilities
Design, develop, integrate, and improve secure and scalable applications supporting payment clearing and settlement services. Own complex technical issues and coordinate their resolution. Collaborate with product and stakeholder teams to prioritize work and plan roadmaps. Enhance delivery quality through automation, thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering standards. Learn from incidents to strengthen stability and resilience. Promote reusable technologies and patterns within enterprise guidelines. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade software with strong knowledge of architecture, system design, performance, resilience, and maintainability. Skilled in secure coding, code quality assurance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Experienced with automation, DevOps pipelines, cloud-native development, and integration of services. Proficient in comprehensive automated testing methodologies. Strong Java 8+ expertise with Spring ecosystem, Hibernate, Maven, Jenkins, and container technologies like Docker. Familiarity with React JS and AI-assisted coding tools is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead technically, mentor peers, and influence engineering culture and practices.
