Job summary
Seeking an experienced Lead or Senior Planner to manage integrated scheduling for major data centre infrastructure projects in Norway. This role involves close collaboration with workstream leads to develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, assess risks, and support contract programme reviews. Responsibilities
Lead the planning and integration of schedules for data centre projects, maintaining detailed Primavera P6 schedules. Track project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and assist with mitigation strategies. Support NEC contract programme reviews, including compensation events and delay analysis. Produce progress and trend reports utilizing Excel and PowerPoint for senior stakeholders. Coordinate closely with cost, risk, and change control teams to ensure alignment across functions. Assist in governance submissions and continuous improvement of planning processes across multiple workstreams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years' experience in planning and scheduling on large infrastructure or construction programmes, specifically with data centre experience. Advanced skills in Primavera P6 including critical path analysis. Demonstrated experience managing NEC contractual programmes (NEC3/NEC4) with knowledge of compensation events and delay assessments. Strong understanding of MEPH works and sequencing. Excellent communication skills and ability to travel in Norway approximately two weeks per month. Experience with Earned Value Management and schedule assurance practices is advantageous. Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint required.
